Palmette Brasserie and Bar, The Westin Tampa Bay’s newest waterfront restaurant, is hosting its Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet on Sunday, May 10th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with an elegant, immersive afternoon of exceptional food, live music, flowing cocktails, and breathtaking waterfront views that promises to be the season’s most sought-after table.
Dressed in its signature palette of soft pink and lush green, Palmette’s vibrant, garden-inspired dining areas set the perfect stage for celebrating the women who mean the most. Every mother in attendance will be welcomed with a complimentary floral bouquet, bottomless mimosas will flow throughout the morning, and a hand-crafted brunch menu ensures there’s something beautiful on every plate.
The buffet itself is nothing short of spectacular. Guests will begin their journey at the Artisan Bakery Display, where glazed cinnamon rolls, maple pecan Danish, butter and chocolate croissants, and house-baked muffins are joined by assorted bagels with cream cheese and a full selection of breakfast breads. From there, the Chilled Seafood Bar beckons with East Coast oysters on the half shell, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and a smoked salmon platter dressed with capers and red onion, a nod to Palmette’s commitment to fresh, coastal-inspired cuisine.
The indulgence continues at the Charcuterie & Cheese Display, featuring an artful spread of cured meats, local and international cheeses, smoked fish dip, and trout caviar. The Fresh Fruits & Parfaits station offers a seasonal arrangement of sliced fruits and berries alongside granola parfaits with citrus drizzle and vanilla honey yogurt; light, bright, and perfectly in the spirit of a spring celebration.
Those craving something heartier won’t be disappointed. A made-to-order Omelet Station invites guests to customize their plates with fillings like wild mushrooms, spinach, ham, and bacon, finished with cheddar, mozzarella, or feta. Hot breakfast favorites include Coconut French Toast with Piña Colada Syrup, Bananas Foster Pancakes, mini avocado toast with lemon ricotta, and an egg white frittata with wild mushrooms and sweet pepper, alongside applewood smoked bacon, breakfast sausage, and a savory breakfast potato medley.
The afternoon’s most dramatic moments unfold at Palmette’s live stations. The Carving Station presents a stunning carved beef prime rib served with horseradish cream and Cabernet reduction, while the Action Station offers wild mushroom ravioli in a porcini velouté with aged Parmesan and fine herbs, and a crowd-pleasing smoked Gouda mac and cheese display. Hot entrées round out the savory experience with Shrimp & Grits in andouille sausage gravy, Crispy Pork Belly with maple orange glaze and Calabrian chili drizzle, and chicken cutlets finished in a silky truffle cream, accompanied by pomme purée, wild rice pilaf, and charred broccolini.
No celebration is complete without dessert. Palmette’s pastry team has prepared an array of mini pastries, strawberry short cakes, an assortment of pies, and a platter of assorted cookies and brownies to close out the meal on a sweet note.
Live music will serenade guests from 10:00 AM through 3:00 PM, extending the celebration well beyond the last bite. Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests.
