Downtown St Pete Restaurant Presenting 16-Course Buffet and Spring Cocktails

The brunch will feature a buffet with dishes like Smoked Salmon, Prime Rib carving station, Peel & Eat Shrimp, Eggs Benedict, Biscuits & Gravy, and Caprese Salad. Guests can also enjoy a bottomless bar featuring build-your-own mimosas for $14 and bloodies for $18. Reservations are highly encouraged. The Oyster Bar recently launched a Spring Cocktail series featuring five craft cocktails designed with herbs, fresh fruits, and a variety of liquors. The unique libations are available on the full menu for guests to order and enjoy.

RORY’S BLISS

This cocktail is handcrafted with Don Julio Reposado, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, a float of Dona Paula Los Cardos Malbec, a sprinkle of cinnamon and an orange.

BLACKBERRY THYME BRAMBLE

The Blackberry Thyme Bramble is fashioned with Nolet’s Gin, lime juice, fresh blackberries, blackberry liqueur, and torched thyme.

CARPE DIEM

The Carpe Diem aperitif is made with Monkey 47 Gin, St. Germain, muddled lemon, cucumber, mint, and bitters.

LONDON PLAINES

This cocktail is created with Nolet’s Gin, Midori, lemon juice, and lavender honey.

LILLET SPRITZER

The Lillet Spritzer is handcrafted with Lillet Blanc, cucumber, lime, mint, and tonic.

 

The Oyster Bar St Pete is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The restaurant features internationally sourced oysters, fresh seafood and premium meat, local crafts on draft, half-priced wine on Mondays and Tuesdays, $1 oysters and oyster shooters on Wednesdays, Saturday brunch from 11am-3pm, and bottomless brunch on Sundays from 10am-3pm. The Oyster Bar also offers happy hour Monday – Friday from 3pm-7pm featuring $5 martinis, margaritas, mojitos, and craft beer.
