(March 10th, 2026) – This Easter Sunday, April 5th, Hotel Flor and its signature restaurant, The Dan, invite guests to a holiday brunch experience where historic elegance meets modern culinary flair. Guests are invited to gather on Easter for an unforgettable day of exceptional food, live entertainment, and springtime magic; complete with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.
Easter Brunch at Hotel Flor will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., offering guests a generous window to relax, indulge, and soak in the festive atmosphere of one of Tampa’s most storied properties.
At the heart of the event is a thoughtfully curated brunch menu crafted by Chef Jason Revell, whose culinary vision celebrates seasonal ingredients and time-honored flavors. The menu promises something exceptional for every guest, from indulgent brunch classics to lighter garden fare.
Standout dishes include the showstopping Steak & Egg Benedict, featuring a house-cut 10 oz Ribeye topped with a medium poached egg, hollandaise, and ham on an English muffin; the comforting Biscuits & Gravy made with McCormick biscuits and sage-infused pork sausage and bacon gravy; and the elegant Smoked Salmon Bagel piled high with avocado, pickled onion, and capers.
For lighter appetites, the Sunshine Salad; baby spinach with strawberries, feta, candied pecans, and champagne vinaigrette, and the Avocado Toast on sourdough are sure to delight. Guests craving something heartier can dig into The “Dan” Burger, a 6 oz American Wagyu patty with sautéed mushrooms, ale onions, Gouda, Swiss, and truffle aioli on a grilled brioche bun, or the California Chicken Sandwich with blackened or grilled chicken breast, avocado, applewood bacon, and herb dijonnaise.
For those looking to elevate the experience even further, an exclusive Indulgence Bar add-on will be available, showcasing a lavish spread of assorted cakes, pastries, cookies, cheesecakes, and petit fours; a decadent finale to a memorable brunch.
The celebration will come alive with live music from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., setting the perfect soundtrack for a leisurely Easter Sunday with family and friends.
