The thoughtfully composed menu showcases seasonal ingredients and elegant preparations perfect for the most romantic evening of the year.
Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne while enjoying live music throughout the evening, setting the perfect ambiance for an intimate Valentine’s celebration.
Guests can begin their evening with distinctive starters including Pink Prawns paired with dragon fruit, grilled blood orange, and roasted crimson beets, or the luxurious Beef Tartare featuring beef tenderloin, tarragon, Dijon, beet-cured egg, and caviar.
The menu continues with fresh salad options such as the Blood Orange & Tomato salad with burrata and creamy Italian dressing, or the Candied Beet Salad combining assorted beets, goat cheese, candied pecans, and champagne sauce.
For the main course, diners can choose from three exquisite entrées: a perfectly prepared 10oz Ribeye with whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and burgundy demi-glace; Spanish-spiced Seabass served over pink beet risotto with white asparagus; or Blood Orange Duck featuring duck breast, whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and blood orange.
The evening concludes with decadent dessert selections including classic Red Velvet Cake with Chantilly crème and chocolate, or an indulgent Chocolate & Strawberry Tart with dark chocolate, fresh strawberry, and mascarpone.
