Restaurant to Feature Artisan Macs, Twin Korean Duck Legs, and Vegan-Friendly Dishes

Tampa Bay, FLA (April 08, 2018) – The Crafty Squirrel in Downtown St. Pete is bringing the flavor with the launch of their newest menu. The sports bar opened its doors in September of 2018 with a limited menu. Proprietor Josh Cameron and Chef George Sexton collaborated to curate a more diversified menu, now featuring a wide variety of American-style fare including handhelds, artisan mac & cheeses, loaded skillet fries, and a build-your-own pizza option. Dishes range from $8 – $16 and are served 12pm – 3am.

A few samples of the new menu include:

Twin Korean Duck Legs served with sweet red chili glaze and sesame seeds.

Vegan Quesadillas made with Impossible chili, vegan shredded mozzarella, corn salsa, flour tortilla served with guacamole salad.

Bacon Bleu Cheese Skillet Fries are crafted with applewood-smoked bacon, fried bleu cheese crumbles, green onions, tomatoes, pickled onions, and bleu cheese fondue

Maine Event Mac & Cheese is made with butter-poached Maine lobster, white truffle oil, piri piri drizzle, and parmesan.

The Squirrely Burger is created with ground sirloin on a hoagie and served with all the fixings.

Toppings include and are not limited to: pepperoni, chicken, bell peppers, and black olives, pulled pork, duck, caramelized onion, arugula, fig glaze, vegan mozzarella, eggplant, and gluten free cauliflower crust.
