St. Petersburg Agency Commissioned for Launch of New Brands
Tampa Bay, FLA (November 15th, 2023) – Evolve & Co, a full service advertising agency located in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg, has been commissioned as the agency partner for Tampa’s newest brands on the scene: Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, The Dan, and Cass Street Coffee Company. The agency is responsible for each brand’s PR strategies, social media marketing, website development, and graphic design.

Hotel Flor, The Dan, and Cass Street Coffee Co are three brands under one roof centrally located in Downtown Tampa. The first to be unveiled was the 1920s inspired restaurant, The Dan, in May of 2023. Evolve & Co was responsible for executing the brand’s grand opening program which included, but was not limited to: graphic design suite for marketing materials, sourcing and booking entertainment, coordinating press and media interviews, managing influencer marketing and relations, and on-site photography and videography.
Evolve & Co also managed the grand opening efforts for Downtown Tampa’s Cass Street Coffee Company, a modern yet casual coffeehouse situated directly next to The Dan. Both Cass Street Coffee and The Dan are housed inside the newly renovated Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, formerly known as Floridan Palace Hotel.
Hotel Flor is the newest addition to the Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotels & Resorts – a portfolio of over 110 original hotels that offer guests unique style and vibrant personality, encouraging them to connect to their destination and enjoy authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences.
