Chef Revell has pulled out all the stops for the occasion. Headlining the brunch specials is the showstopping Steak & Egg Benedict, a house-cut 10 oz ribeye topped with a medium poached egg, hollandaise, and ham on an English muffin, served with breakfast potatoes. Those in the mood for something soul-satisfying will find it in the Biscuits & Gravy, built on scratch McCormick biscuits and finished with sage pork sausage and bacon gravy. The Smoked Salmon Bagel makes an elegant case for itself with avocado, pickled onion, capers, and hard boiled egg on an everything bagel, while the Avocado Toast on sourdough, topped with guacamole, pickled onion, tomato, and feta, offers a lighter, vibrant option.
The broader menu has something for every table. Guests can design their own omelet packed with fillings like roasted bell peppers, baby spinach, Applewood bacon, and shredded cheddar, or keep it classic with a traditional Eggs Benedict or a 2 Egg Breakfast with their choice of Applewood bacon, turkey sausage, or pork sausage. The Belgian Waffle, finished with whipped cream, powdered sugar, and fresh strawberries, is a brunch staple done beautifully. On the handheld side, The Dan Burger delivers serious substance with a 6 oz American Wagyu patty, sautéed mushrooms, ale onions, Gouda, Swiss, and truffle aioli on a grilled brioche bun. The California Chicken Sandwich, layered with avocado, Applewood bacon, Swiss, and herb Dijonnaise, is equally satisfying.
Garden fare rounds out the spread with standouts like the Sunshine Salad of baby spinach, strawberries, craisins, feta, and candied pecans in a champagne vinaigrette, and The Dan Cobb, loaded with artisan greens, egg, bacon, roasted corn, and bleu cheese crumble.
