South St. Pete Mexican Restaurant Showcases Espolon Crafted Cocktails & Hearty Dishes

TAMPA BAY, FLA (October 18th 2023) – South St. Pete Mexican restaurant, Nueva Cantina showcases their tequila partner of the month Espolon with featured fall inspired cocktails, in addition to a couple of their hearty dishes from their main menu.

Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini

Espolon reposado tequila, Pumpkin spice puree, Owens espresso mix, Pumpkin spice orange garnish

Mexican Old Fashioned 

Espolon anejo tequila, Simple angostura bitters, Orange garnish

Beef De Arbol

Braised boneless short ribs slow cooked and served on a bed of sweet potato mash, pan jus, and onion frites

Pescado Mexicano

Mahi-mahi served with blackened shrimp, Pico de gallo, Mexican rice, and Salsa verde

Fundido Burger

Black angus beef patty, Guacamole, Sauteed peppers, Onions, Melted queso sauce, Served on a brioche bun on a bed of seasoned tots
