The ritzy restaurant located inside Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown will be featuring traditional favorites with a modern twist and fall favorites including roasted butternut squash, sweet potatoes, turkey, cornbread stuffing, and more.

A centerpiece that will capture the attention of Tampa foodies is the succulent Roasted Young Turkey, basted in a honey-lavender butter and served with crispy brussel sprouts, tangy citrus cranberry jam, and savory natural jus that complement the tender turkey and fluffy cornbread stuffing. 

 

Another showstopper on the Thanksgiving menu is the Pork Au Poivre. This juicy, bone-in pork chop, seared to perfection, is smothered in a rich, barolo shallot sauce that adds a depth of flavor. The creamy corn adds a touch of sweetness and a velvety texture, creating a harmonious and satisfying dish.
