St. Petersburg’s Fashion Week Kicks off September 8th, Benefiting The Kind Mouse
Tampa Bay, FLA (August 31st, 2022) – St. Pete Art & Fashion Week (SPAFW) is a series of fashion and art industry events hosted throughout the city of St. Petersburg. This year, the event celebrates its 12th year and is once again presented by Titan Medical Center.
“St. Petersburg is home to many talented individuals; a destination for the creative soul. The goal of St. Pete Art & Fashion Week is to designate a week each year to celebrate our love for the city and those who make it so remarkable,” said Dona Crowley, founder of SPAFW.
This year’s week of events will benefit The Kind Mouse Productions, Inc. This Pinellas County organization assists families in transition and their chronically hungry children while developing the next generation of volunteers to carry on the mission of The Kind Mouse. No hardworking individual and their family should ever go hungry. In 2019 The Kind Mouse distributed a record of 123,000 pounds of food.
Thursday, September 8th | Opening Night Soiree
St. Pete Art & Fashion Week kicks off on Thursday, September 8th with the annual Opening Night Soiree. This year the popular fashion forward event is called “Neon Nights” and will be held at the Sundial. Upon arrival, guests will walk the neon carpet entryway to the photo op area, and then spend the evening mingling with sponsors, models, and fashion designers while viewing live art displays by local artists. VIP Tickets are required for guest attendance.
Friday, September 9th | High Fashion Friday
On Fashion Friday, September 9th, models will participate in a live creative photoshoot. The event is free and open to the public. More details will be released online soon.
Saturday, September 10th | Downtown Fashion Show
The main event takes place on Saturday, September 10th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm at the Coliseum in downtown St. Petersburg. The event will feature local artists and six fashion brands closing with a fitness showcase by our presenting sponsor, Titan Medical Center. VIP Tickets are required for guest attendance.

2022 Fashion Brands
Connor Totten | St. Pete local, Connor Totten, first started sewing and designing clothes at 10 years old. He hosted his first fashion show at age 12 and now has hosted five fashion shows. His designs cannot be bought, he designs his products for the joy of creation and uses his skills every year to help local charities.
Noe + Roe Boutique | This online-only boutique for women was created by Ariana Agostini in June of 2020. The boutique is named after her two daughters, Noe and Roe. Each item is handpicked by Ariana, reflecting her personal style of edgy, bohemian, versatile, and unique.
Fraulein Couture | Fräulein Couture is a slow-fashion, Demi-Couture brand located in Tampa, FL. Each garment is designed and created by self-taught fashion designer, Vanessa Froehling. The brand represents a mixture of classic silhouettes intertwined with modern perspectives. To Fräulein, fashion defines emotion.
Jorge Paz | Jorge Paz’s career in fashion design began in San Diego, California. While pursuing a degree at the San Diego Community College District, he worked with fashion designer and boutique store owner, Kim Milburn, in San Diego. After graduation he moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Marketing and Design. During this time, he worked at the world renowned California Mart and Snap Fashion trend forecasting company. Upon graduation, Jorge moved to Texas to pursue a graduate degree in Business and Adult Education from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. While pursuing his graduate degree I started my own brand and business in the fashion industry. In an effort to promote his brand, he participated in various fashion shows in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Today, Jorge Paz is focused on expanding his brand in Florida and Mexico City, Mexico.
Celeste Sunshine | As the creator of the fashion brand Celeste Sunshine, Jada Celeste maintains a zero waste, sustainable, slow fashion company that is inspired by her love of bright vibrant colors, unique patterns, designs, and fabrics. Based in downtown Saint Petersburg, Florida, the fabrics used are sourced from local thrift stores, yard sales, and vintage pieces found in her own closet to create beautiful one of a kind pieces. Jada Celeste believes that beautiful clothes are meant to let your inner beauty shine, and it is her pleasure to present to you her new Spring/Summer 2023 collection, I ♡ Summer!
