Inspired by the transition of seasons, these libations boast an array of fall flavors. From the warmth of pumpkin spice and maple to the aromatic allure of spiced pear, each sip promises a sensory journey like no other.

Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini | Tito’s Vodka, Pumpkin Spice Monin, Cold Brew, and Kahlua garnished with Delicate Espresso Beans
Cinnamon Maple Old Fashioned | Bulleit Bourbon, Maple Syrup, and Black Walnut Bitters garnished with a Cinnamon Stick and Toasted Marshmallow
Spiced Pear Martini | Tito’s Vodka, Spiced Pear, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup garnished with a Dehydrated Pear Slice
At The Dan, guests can pair these cocktail creations with The Dan’s extensive menu featuring dishes curated by award-winning Executive Chef Dernier Buleje. Among the culinary highlights is the Chicken Francese, a succulent parmesan-herb chicken dish accompanied by crisp Brussels sprouts, creamy gouda grits, and a zesty lemon pan sauce. Another standout is the Short Ribs, braised to perfection and served with wild mushrooms, tender asparagus, savory lardons, a luscious truffle cream, and smooth parsnip velvet.
