The brunch menu, curated by Executive Chef Dernier Buleje features a vibrant and generous menu. Standouts include the “Sooey Grits,” a tantalizing combination of crispy pork belly, fragrant five-spice jam, a delicate poached egg, and creamy gouda yellow corn grits. Another must-try is the “Dulce De Leche Cakes,” a stack of fluffy buttermilk pancakes adorned with sweet plantains, rich dulce de leche, cinnamon-infused rice, and a dollop of velvety crème chantilly.
