Famous Annual Christmas Concert Tour to Perform at Downtown St. Pete Theater
St. Petersburg, FLA (October 25, 2019) – Mannheim Steamroller Christmas is coming to the Duke Energy Center for the Arts – Mahaffey Theater to celebrate 35 years of holiday excitement. This is a chance to experience the magic that started it all with the first ever album created, “Mannheim Steamroller Christmas.”
The show will be on Wednesday, November 13th at 7:30pm. Ticket prices are $46.50-$68.50 and can be purchased online at www.TheMahaffey.com, by phone (727) 300-2000, or at the Box Office located at 400 1st St. South Downtown St. Pete. The Box Office is open 11am – 5pm Monday through Saturday.
“I remember when I came out with my first Christmas album in 1984 followed by our first tour. Back then, many in the music industry said focusing on Christmas just wouldn’t work,” said Davis. “Now, 35 years later, we are still going strong. I want to thank our fans for making us part of their holiday tradition. Today we often see multi-generational families join us during the holidays each year.”

Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts supports performing arts programming at the Duke Energy Center for the Arts – Mahaffey Theater. We provide arts education programs for youth, community outreach programs, and performances as well as concerts for the entire community with emphasis on diverse programming for youth, underserved audiences and families. Each year more than 20,000 school children are provided a field trip experience to learn Florida State curriculum through a live theater performance. This Class Acts Educational Performance series is in its 27th season and serves students from six counties. Additionally, the Foundation ensures that funding is in place to continue providing diverse programming in the theater for the general public.
