Lizzie is the consummate PR professional as well as a USF alumni with a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship. She is integral in the success of Evolve & Co's press campaigns and content development, as well as heading up our Public Relations department where her altruism shines. In her personal life, she's a fashionista and goal digger. Get it, girl!"
Samantha Bufalino
Meet Samantha, Design and Advertising/Public Relations Major from The University of Tampa.
Hailing from the Keystone state, Sam enjoys traveling including a semester in Italy. When she's not on an adventure or studying, she hangs with her cat Lua, or spends time on the beach.
Sam plans to use her Public Relations degree and internship experiences to continue in the field. She especially loves Tampa Bay and hopes to plant roots here.
Isabelle Rego
As Brand Manager, Isabelle brings her enthusiasm for communications, organization, and creative problem-solving to the team. As a University of Tampa Communications alum, she supports client projects with a detail-driven approach and a passion for storytelling. Originally from Baltimore, Isabelle enjoys reading, walking along Bayshore, and exploring new restaurants throughout Tampa in her free time.

With a strong curiosity for PR, advertising, and social media, she brings creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does. Outside of work, Annelisa loves baking, exploring national parks, and dreams of one day owning a cozy bed & breakfast.

Meet Hannah, Vermont born and raised and a Communications alum from the University of Tampa. A true foodie at heart, Hannah loves to cook and explore new restaurants when she’s not sharpening her communications skills. After graduation, she’s excited to bring her expertise, creativity, and passion to our clients—and we can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make.
MOLLY TOLSON
Molly is a brand management intern currently pursuing a degree in Digital Communications and Multi‑Medium Journalism at USF. As a certified yoga teacher and avid reader, she loves exploring new stories and ideas both on and off the page. When she’s not working or studying, Molly enjoys going back‑packing and immersing herself in the great outdoors.
