Executive Chef Rocco Caggiano’s Thanksgiving Menu Features Wine Braised Short Rib, Butternut Squash Bisque, Pumpkin Cheesecake and a Premium Selection of Hand-Crafted Cocktails and Wines
TAMPA, Fla. (October 15th, 2026) – Gather the people you love around the table this Thanksgiving, and let Palmette Brasserie and Bar at The Westin Tampa Bay handle the rest. The restaurant will serve a three-course Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, November 26, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with live music throughout. Guests can dine indoors or outdoors, and reservations can be made on OpenTable.
The adult menu begins with a choice of Butternut Squash Bisque with caramelized apples, toasted pepitas and crème fraîche, or a Roasted Beet and Burrata Salad with caramelized pear, cranberry mostarda, toasted hazelnuts, arugula and aged balsamic dressing. For the entrée, guests can pick from two deluxe choices. The first option is the Applewood Smoked Turkey Roulade, an herb-stuffed turkey served with sage stuffing, Yukon Gold potato purée, roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry gastrique and turkey jus. The second entrée option is the Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib with butter-whipped potatoes, roasted root vegetables, crispy shallots, horseradish gremolata and cabernet jus.
Dessert is an Apple-Cranberry Crumble with brown butter oat crumble, vanilla bean ice cream and maple caramel, or a Pumpkin Cheesecake with candied pecans, gingersnap crumbs, salted caramel and bourbon-vanilla whipped cream. A soft drink, juice, drip coffee or iced tea is included with every meal.
Children ages 6 to 11 can choose from a fruit cup or garden salad, followed by a Thanksgiving turkey dinner, crispy chicken fingers, house-made cheese or pepperoni pizza, or a kids cheeseburger. Dessert is a warm chocolate brownie or a mini pumpkin cheesecake, and a soft drink, juice or milk is included.
To go with the meal, Palmette is pouring featured wines by the glass: a Chardonnay ($16), a Pinot Noir ($17), and a sparkling wine ($16). The seasonal cocktails are the Harvest Old Fashioned ($18), made with bourbon, maple, aromatic bitters and orange, and the Cranberry Apple Spritz ($17), made with vodka, cranberry, apple, lemon and sparkling wine. A zero-proof version of the spritz is available for $12. The restaurant’s regular beverage menu is also available.
Palmette’s new Executive Chef, Rocco Caggiano has worked to put a special twist on the occasion while keeping with tradition. “Our Thanksgiving menu is built around the flavors people look forward to all year, from the smoked turkey roulade to the red wine braised short rib, with the butternut squash bisque and pumpkin cheesecake bookending the meal,” said Caggiano, “I wanted every dish to feel familiar and comforting, but cooked with care and a little polish, so families can relax and enjoy the table.”
Thanksgiving Dinner is $92 per adult for ages 12 and up and $50 per child for ages 6 to 11. Children 5 and under dine complimentary. Guests can park at no charge, so the only thing left to think about is what to order.
From the first course to the last bite of pumpkin cheesecake, and with live music playing from the afternoon into the evening, Palmette’s Thanksgiving Dinner is meant to give families and friends a relaxed, memorable holiday without the work.
