TAMPA, Fla. (December 9, 2025) – Hotel Flor invites guests and locals to welcome the New Year with an intimate black-and-gold–themed celebration in The Dan, featuring a special New Year’s Eve dinner menu offered exclusively from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on December 31. Guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of house champagne and are invited to join in a celebratory midnight toast to usher in 2026.
The Dan will showcase an elevated, one-night-only menu crafted by Executive Chef Jason Revell for the occasion, featuring refined dishes such as a coffee-crusted filet with espresso cream, blackened halibut with forbidden rice, and an artful selection of desserts including the signature “Noir” cheesecake. With rich flavors, seasonal accents, and elegant presentations, the experience is designed to create a warm and romantic evening.
To complement the celebration, Hotel Flor is offering a special New Year’s Eve room package for guests wishing to extend their night. The package includes breakfast for two, champagne with two glasses upon arrival, a 2 p.m. late checkout, 25% off dining at The Dan, complimentary parking, and a waived destination fee.
