Downtown Tampa’s ‘The Dan’ Debuts New Dishes this Summer
Hotel Flor’s 1920’s Inspired Restaurant Features Charcuterie, Cowboy Ribeye, Frutti De Mare, Hummus Trio, Chocolate Chip Lava Cake, and More
Tampa Bay, FLA (June 17th, 2025) – The Dan, Downtown Tampa’s swanky 1920s-inspired dining destination, is turning up the heat this summer with the debut of its brand-new seasonal menu. A nod to timeless American classics with a contemporary twist, the summer selections feature locally inspired ingredients, bold flavors, and shareable small plates perfect for the long nights ahead.
“We’re keeping the crowd favorites like Branzino, Truffle Sachetti, and introducing new vibrant flavors to the menu” says Andrew Spicknall, Hotel Flor General Manager. “The Frutti De Mare and Cowboy Ribeye have been very well received, and we’re getting a lot of great feedback on the Mediterranean hummus platter. The light and bright Sunshine Shrimp Salad is also a big hit for the lunch crowd.”

Charcuterie Board – Cured meats, seasonal cheese, sweet potato lavash
Hummus Trio – Beet, garlic & roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki, naan bread, sweet potato lavash, cucumber, sweet mini peppers
Spinach and Artichoke Dip – Tortilla chips, sweet potato lavash
Side House Salad – Carrots, cucumber, artisan mix, red wine vinaigrette
Knife and Fork Caesar – Garlic herb crouton, parmesan cheese, anchovy
The Dan Cobb – Spring mix, grilled or blackened chicken breast, applewood bacon, cucumber, tomato, pickled egg, bleu cheese crumbles, ranch
Sunshine Shrimp Salad – Strawberry, shrimp, craisins, feta cheese, candied pecans, champagne vinaigrette
