The Dan recently introduced their new weekend brunch experience with appetizing dishes like “Sooey Grits”, a savory combination of crisp pork belly, aromatic five spice jam, a poached egg, creamy gouda yellow corn grits and “Colada French Toast”, made with charred pineapple, toasted coconut, delicate meringue, fluffy brioche. The perfect brunch complement is “The Dan Bloody Mary,” an elaborate and flavorful cocktail crafted with Elevon vodka, hot sauce, Worcestershire, horseradish, a blend of lime and lemon juices, garlic salt, black pepper, celery, a miniature version of The Dan Slider, colby jack cheese, and a garnish of candied bacon. While guests savor brunch, they can enjoy captivating live music from various Tampa Bay based musicians.

 

VIBRANT MENU BY AWARD WINNING EXECUTIVE CHEF

Savor the flavors of The Dan with vibrant dishes crafted by award winning Executive Chef Dernier Buleje. Some of his creations include “Truffle Sacchetti” made with mascarpone, truffle, asparagus, wild mushrooms, parmesan cream, and “Pork Iberico”, a pluma loin with carrot puree, cherry pepper, crispy brussels sprouts.
